    We had a dinner here with a large group while on vacation. No reservation but they were able to accommodate us with a 15 minute wait. Good sushi rolls and fried fish collar. Food was quickly prepared and fresh. We left full but not stuffed. Excellent music playlist!

    Got here on the later side on a Monday night. Busy but no wait. Staff was outstanding. Warm and attentive. Lucky enough to sit at the counter directly in front of Shane the owner and got to watch him do his magic. He took great care of us, sharing stories about what dishes he thought we would like. All the sushi was extremely fresh, flavorful and well structured and sauced. It was a treat. I will be back.

    This place has fantastic food, but not very good service. I wish the waiters were more enthusiastic about working there, but I've seen the owner also having the same attitude.. the place gets packed, which is a true reflection of their excellent food, so I recommend to go if they actually let you... Last time I called the hostess asked the chef if they could make a to go order... I waited 5 min on the phone before he agreed to make a take out order.. if it weren't for the fantastic food I wouldn't go.

    We eat here everytime we're in Truckee. Service is great. Food is consistent and delicious. It's clean and well decorated.
